What happens next?

Details on what happens after we have received your booking form.

  1. Once you have booked your holiday, we will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your agent detailing the costs of your holiday. Should you subsequently cancel your booking, our standard cancellation charges will apply.
  2. Approimately 56 days prior to sail date, advance passenger information and the shore excursion programme will be forwarded to you.
  3. Final balance payments must be received by us no later than 56 days prior to departure date.
  4. All payments can be made by: Mastercard or Visa credit cards (2.5% transaction charge), American Express (3.5% transaction charge), Switch or Delta cards (no charge), or cheque.
  5. Once full payment has been received, your final travel documents comprising of ticket voucher, embarkation details and baggage labels will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure.
