What happens next?
Details on what happens after we have received your booking form.
- Once you have booked your holiday, we will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your agent detailing the costs of your holiday. Should you subsequently cancel your booking, our standard cancellation charges will apply.
- Approimately 56 days prior to sail date, advance passenger information and the shore excursion programme will be forwarded to you.
- Final balance payments must be received by us no later than 56 days prior to departure date.
- All payments can be made by: Mastercard or Visa credit cards (2.5% transaction charge), American Express (3.5% transaction charge), Switch or Delta cards (no charge), or cheque.
- Once full payment has been received, your final travel documents comprising of ticket voucher, embarkation details and baggage labels will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure.
